STANTON - Corky is going to retire! Charles “Corky” Blocker, who has served as the Martin County judge, will be out of a job on January 1, 2015. He elected to not run for a fifth term. “ Well, shucks!” just about everybody says. Corky Blocker has had the title for 16 years, serving four terms, succeeding Bob Deavenport in January of 1998.
