ANSON - Alvino Garcia, 82, died Oct. 15, 2018, at his home in Anson. Services were Oct. 17, at Adams-Graham Funeral Home. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home. He was the father of Trista Villanueva of Stanton. He was born Aug. 14, 1936, in Jones County, to the late Andrew and Carman (Rodriguez) Garcia, Sr. He married Gaudalupe "Lupe" Reyes July 19, 1958, in Anson. She preceded him in death in 1995. He was a farmer and worked for Jones County. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and one daughter (Petra "Pat" Seballos). Survivors include three sons, Fidel Garcia of Anson, Mario Garcia of Snyder and Alvino Garcia, Jr. of Anson; two daughters, Marguerite "Margaret" Garcia of Anson and Trista Villanueva of Stanton; a son-in-law, Ysidro Seballos of Anson; four brothers, Lupe Garcia of Anson, Lee Garcia of Albany, Andy Garcia, Jr. of Lampasas and Ramon Garcia of Knox City; two sisters, Nancy Salinas and Alice Ramos, both of Anson; nine grandchildren, Santos Seballos, Roman Seballos, Deziray Petijohn, Lauren Garcia, Gabi Garcia, Baylee Garcia, Patricia Anderson, Tracey Woods and Krista Haggard; and 13 great-grandchildren.
