MARTIN COUNTY - Voting numbers in Martin County are way down from last years record totals with close to 200 having voted at presstime Thursday.

Those kinds of numbers are possibly due to the ballot containing 10 constitutional amendments no local contested races.

Some Martin County residents that reside in the Midland City limits will be casting votes for City of Midland Mayor.

Early voting at the Election Administrator's office, 110 W School in Stanton, continues today and Friday from 8-5 with the office closed for lunch.

Next Tuesday, on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., voting precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4 will vote at the Martin County Community Center while voting precincts 3A and 4A will vote at Grady ISD Administration Building.
