Alzheimer’s association to host two events teaching the public about a terrible disease

The West Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will be hosting two events in Odessa and Midland that are free and open to the public.

The first, HEALTHY LIVING FOR BRAIN AND BODY, will be Thursday Feb. 6, 2020 from 6pm – 7pm at the MCH Wellness Center, 8050 E. Hwy. 191, Odessa, TX 79765.

Everyone wants to live healthy, and the West Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association is inviting people to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement and use hands-on tools to help incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
