Thomas Ramos

STANTON - Funeral mass for Thomas Ramos of Stanton Texas was April 15 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Timothy Schwertner officiating. Interment followed at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. A Rosary Vigil was April13 and April 14 at Stanton Memorial  Funeral Home. He was born July 25, 1963,and died April 12, 2015. He loved to travel, whether going to see David Lee Garza, Michael Salgado or Ruben Ramos play somewhere for the night or to enjoy the festivals from San Antonio to Poteet for the weekend. He was always ready to go dance and enjoyed seeing old friends. There wasn’t a town from Stanton to Poteet or Stanton to the Panhandle that he didn’t know someone. He touched the lives of so many different people over the years. Those who knew him knew that his love for his family was just as dear to him as his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys. He had a personality that most couldn’t resist.
