Junior high girls rack up 122 points for strong showing in first meet

ACKERLY - The Grady Wildcat Junior High had its best opening track meet of any of the Wildcat teams last week, the junior high girls in mid-season form with 122 points while the boys still have a ways to go to catch up with the ladies - and the rest of the track and field opposition this spring.

The girls scored 122 points in looking strong, finishing only behind Sands with 196 points, but ahead of Ropes, New Home, Wilson, Dawson, Meadow, Klondike, Loop New Home B and Ropes B.
