Junior high Wildcats come up short against Buena Vista

GRADY - Grady Junior High battled Buena Vista Thursday and fell short 48-12.

Gunner Cherry led the Wildcats with 96 yards rushing and two touchdowns. Marcus Brown had 28 yards on the ground, Charles Deatherage added eight.

Cherry led the defense with seven tackles.

Hayden Blaylock threw for 20 yards and Cal McMorries added 12 through the air.

Braxon Dillard and Gunner Cherry had those receptions.

Aaron Cates had a fumble recovery. Brown, McMorries, Dillard and Truman Stack also had a tackle.
