Junior varsity Buffaloes impressive against Iraan

STANTON – Stanton’s junior varsity girls basketball team hosted Iraan on Dec. 18.

The Buffaloes played exceptional defense holding Iraan to just eight points. The offense had a good night as well tossing in 31 points for the one sided victory.

H. Stalvey scored a game high seven points and K. Jefferson added six points.

A. Ramos, B. Fischer, and C. Fischer tossed in four points apiece followed by A Villa with three points, M. Clanton with two points, and S. Hensley with one point.

The junior varsity will be back in action on Jan. 8 with a road game against Reagan County at 5 p.m.
