LUBBOCK – Over the past two weeks, Grady cross country teams have been running on some tough courses. First was a rough course at the Toe Nail Trail Meet in Christoval. The varsity firls team finished seventh overall.

Mr. Ryan Andler: Ryan is the son of Nicole Andler and will be escorted by his mother at halftime. Ryan is a member of the National Honor Society, and plays Football and basketball for the buffaloes.

Alex is the son of Gilbert and Jessica Flores. He will be escorted by his mother at halftime. Alex has competed for the Buffaloes in basketball, football and track throughout his time at Stanton High School. He has also obtained his welding certification.

Adam is the son of Carl and Gina Booth. He will be escorted by his mother at halftime. Adam is a member of the National Honor Society and plays Basketball, Football and Baseball for the Buffaloes. He was selected as 1st team All District Catcher.

Angelo is the son of Jay and Cassie Baker. He will be escorted by his mother at halftime. Angelo runs cross country and track and plays basketball for the Buffaloes. He qualified for Regionals last year in the High Jump.

Over 260 Freshmen and FFA Advisors from 9 school districts converged on Sands High School to participate in the annual El Rancho District Greenhand Day. The freshmen were treated to games, fellowship and pizza. The annual event is organized and presented by the El Rancho District officers.

COMFORT - A large group of stock show exhibitors made their way to Comfort last weekend to compete in the 5th Annual MJL5 Goat Showmanship Clinic and Show at the Kendall County Youth Agriculture and Equestrian Center. A total of 128 entrants participated in the clinics and two shows.
