Hull Family Honored for Century of Farming in Martin County

- The Hull family of Martin County has been recognized by the State of Texas’ Family Land Heritage Program, which honors families who have maintained continuous ownership and operation of their land for at least 100 years.

Martin County Pullet Show was a big success this past weekend. Luke Stovall had a big weekend winning Grand champion Trio, and winning three first place with Medium weight single, Heavy weight single, and Heavy weight trio.

Sharp Horn

We were gathering bulls to sell to a rodeo contractor. We split up forces in order to cover more country and to make another stab at several we had missed on previous attempts. I was delegated to go get old Sharp Horn who lived in a place we call “Rock Pile Trap”.
