Emryn Hewtty

STANTON - With hearts forever changed, we announce the passing of our precious daughter, Emryn Kate Hewtty, who was deeply loved from the very beginning. Though her time with us was far too brief, she filled our lives with a love that will never fade. She was wanted, cherished, and prayed for every single day of her life.

Emryn taught us that love is not measured by the length of a life, but by the depth of the bond it creates. She brought faith, joy, and a fierce kind of love that only a child can awaken in the hearts of her family. Her life has left an everlasting imprint on everyone who loved her.

She is survived by her loving parents Austin Hewtty and Kaylee Hewtty; her big brother Brooks Hewtty, and all those who eagerly awaited the day they would hold her.

As our precious girl entered the gates of Heaven, we like to imagine she was greeted by the familiar faces of loved ones who had gone before her- Her great grandparents Joe Ortiz, Mary Ortiz, Josie Hewtty, and Linda Johnson; her aunt and uncle Traci Boyle and Brandon Opaitz; and cousin Brandon Hall. What a beautiful comfort it is to know that while we had to say goodbye, Heaven was saying, “Welcome home.”

While we grieve the dreams we had for her earthly life, we find comfort in knowing she is held safely in the arms of Jesus, whole, healed, and surrounded by perfect peace.

Though we never heard her laughter or watched her grow, Emryn will always be our daughter. She will always be part of our family, and her memory will be carried with us every day for the rest of our lives.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:28 Our sweet baby girl, you were loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. Until the day we meet again, you will forever remain in our hearts.

Love, Mom & Dad.
