GRADY – The junior high Grady Wildcats wrapped up their basketball season on Monday with a dominate 30-10 victory over Midland TLCA.
Grady jumped out to a commanding 24-4 lead and cruised to the lopsided win.
Kody Cates had a game high 12 points and Hunter McAnally added eight points.
Chapman Sims and Kellen Young finished with four points each and Dalton Saunders tossed in two points.
“This bunch of young players improved so much this season and are very coachable and have a great work ethic,” said Grady coach Chris Short. “They were a fun group of kids to be around and coach. Congratulation to them on a great season.”
Grady finished with a 9-6 season record.
