GARDEN CITY - The Garden City Bearkats are currently in a tie for first place in the District 8-1A basketball standings following a 56-33 win over the Sands Mustangs on Tuesday and a 42-38 loss to the Klondike Cougars last Friday.
The three teams tied for first with 3-1 records are Grady, Garden City, and Klondike.
