Kress too much for Grady, wins 72-22

KRESS – The Grady Wildcats continue to play hard each week but once again came up short losing to Kress 72-22. Marcus Brown led the Wildcats offense throwing 2 of 4 passes for 48 yards and two interceptions. Hunter McAnally was 1 of 2 for 11 yards. Gunner Cherry had a huge night on the ground for Grady racking up 133 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries. McAnally added 33 yards and one touchdown on six rushes. Grady’s three passes went to McAnally, Hunter Blaylock, and Colt Carson. Blaylock’s reception went for 47 yards while Carson’s catch covered 11 yards and McAnally’s reception was for one yard.

McAnally finished the game with four tackles followed by Brown with two, Carson two, Blaylock one, and Cherry one.

Grady will be at Roby this week.
