- Garden City battled some tough competition at the O.W. Folis Tournament in Lamesa last weekend.
The Lady Bearkats opened the tournament with two big wins, a 54-10 beat down of Ralls and a 5131 thrashing of Class 4A Monahans.
Against Ralls, Garden City had a commanding 31-6 halftime lead.
