– The Garden City varsity boys and girls basketball teams picked up a trio of non-district wins Tuesday night over Class 2A Winters.
The No. 9-ranked Bearkats played extremely well taking a 37-7 halftime lead and adding another 28 points in the third quarter. Garden City took its foot off the gas in the final eight minutes to win 74-34.
