Several area student athletes announced as Academic All-State recipients

Stanton Buffaloes Jayden Hinojosa and Tagen Salgado played in the Allstar Classic tournament in Lubbock this past weekend representing the 13U Permian Basin. They led their team to a 4-0 record to win the championship.

- The Texas High School Coaches Association and the Texas Army National Guard announced the 2022-23 Boys and Girls Academic All-State recipients.
