Last weekend, Garden City’s own Logan Seidenberger (6) and Jordan Jones (26) competed in the 2023 Brazos Bowl All-Star game in Strawn. This Brazos Bowl became an instant classic as it came down to the final play. The red team trailed 32-28 with just second left on the clock. Quarterback Jace Martin from Holy Trinity took the pitch from Jones and was forced to scramble. Jones slipped out of the backfield and caught Martin’s pass at the goal line as time expired for the 34-32 game winning score.
