Garden City distance runners have good day at Irion County Cross Country meet

MERTZON - The Bearkats and Lady Kats cross county teams were in Mertzon last week for the Irion County Cross Country meet.
The varsity girls finished fourth in the team standings out of 15 teams.
There were 117 individual runner.
Leading the Lady Kats were Emy and Sadie placing 11th and 12th respectively.
Claire finished the day 25th followed by Sophia in 27th, Mara in 71st and Janine placed 78th.
