- TxDOT has been busy the couple years planning and constructing two big projects, one in Stanton and the other west of Garden City.
Stanton’s project is taking place at the intersection of BI-20 and SH 137 and is coordinated out of the Odessa District.
The project is a Safety Improvement Project which raises the elevation of BI-20 at the railway-highway crossing.
