MARTIN COUNTY– February is already off to a busy start for local law enforcement with multiple arrests and inmate transfers.
The arrests started on Feb. 1 when Texas DPS Troopers brought in Carlos Bennett, 34 of Stanton, on the charge of Fail to Comply Sex Offenders Duty to Register 10 years. His bond was set at $7,500.
