Sheriff candidate Randy Cozart found himself unexpectedly surprised this week - it turns out he has a namesake who lives in Ft. Worth.
Cozart was driving along Highway 80 when he saw someone pulled over taking a picture of one of his 4’ X 8’ “Elect Randy Cozart for Martin County Sheriff” signs. Naturally he was curious so he pulled over to meet him.
