MARTIN COUNTY - The due date is this upcoming Monday for senior students to submit their essays for the 2024 Permian Basin Underground Water Conservation District (PBUWCD) scholarship contest.
All graduating seniors who attend a school within the water district (Forsan, Grady, Sands and Stanton) are invited and encouraged to participate.
