DPS arrests Mesquite man

Paul Dean Roach Jr., 53 of Mesquite, was arrested on Apr. 5, 2024 by Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers.

He was booked into jail on two charges: Driving While Intoxicated and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle.
