MARTIN COUNTY - Each year, the PBUWCD conducts measurements on their observation wells throughout Martin and Howard counties. The results of those measurements help determine the annual change of the aquifers in this area. The difference of the average water level measurements from 2023--2024 is -0.08 for the district.
