USCA applauds renewed congressional push to restore country-of-origin labeling for beef

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Cattlemen’s Association (USCA) is applauding renewed Congressional action to reinstate mandatory country-of-origin labeling (MCOOL) for beef, a measure long championed by cattle producers and consumers seeking greater transparency in the marketplace.
