MARTIN COUNTY - What started as a normal Saturday patrol for Martin County Sheriff’s Deputy Manny Aguilar turned into something he had never experienced before — delivering a baby on the side of the highway, using nothing but a jacket, a bottle of water and his calm under pressure.
