MARTIN COUNTY A 44-year-old Odessa man was killed late Saturday night in a head-on crash in Martin County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The crash happened around 11:15 p.m. May 16 on State Highway 176 near mile marker 277.
DPS identified the man who died as Tomas Ruiz Jr.. Troopers said he was driving a Suzuki SUV eastbound on SH 176 when, for reasons still under investigation…
