Grady fails to slow Westbrook offense

GRADY - In their previous meeting, Westbrook delivered Grady a punishing 56 - 28 defeat. This time around was unfortunately more of the same. The final score between Westbrook and Grady on Friday night was 66 - 31 in Westbrook’s favor.

Westbrook’s offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 40 points in the first half and building a 40 - 16 advantage. Its success only continued in the second half, where it racked up an additional 26 points.

Despite Grady’s defeat, the squad still enjoyed a top-notch performance from junior Marshall Cox, who earned two touchdowns and 140 yards rushing the ball and had one touchdown and 18 yards receiving.
