STANTON – Stanton’s junior high teams were in action last weekend against the Crane Golden Cranes.
The seventh-grade girls had an exciting game that started with an 11-3 run by Crane. Stanton rallied with a large third quarter to trim Crane’s lead to a couple field goals, but the Golden Cranes managed a couple late scores to hold on for a 20-18 win.
