The Permian Basin Underground Water Conservation District is proud to announce the winners of the Annual Essay Scholarship Contest. The PBUWCD offers a $2,000 scholarship opportunity for each school in its District. Only Stanton and Grady had any participants this year and the recipients are as follows:
