ACKERLY - Grady junior high competed at the Sands Mustang Relays on Monday. The girls finished 4th overall as a team and the boys finished 6th.
“There were a lot of positive things that we will continue to work before our next meet,” said coach Jym Dennis.
Both Grady Varsity Boys and Girls took home the team titles at the Loop 6-Man relays. It was the first meet of the year for both the boys and girls.
“Being the first meet of the season you never know what to expect. I thought we had some good times and jumps for our first meet. They all did a great job,” said Dennis.
