BRONTE– No. 19 Garden City picked up a big road win over Bronte in District 11-1A play on Friday.
Garden City outscored Bronte 15-6 in the first quarter and held a 24-18 halftime advantage.
Bronte shortened the gap to 31-27 through three quarters but Garden City didn’t falter late and won the game 39-33 Karly Baker led the Lady Kats with 13 points and Kaylee Garcia added 10 points.
