    - The Garden City Bearkats will be well rested this week when they host Buena Vista after their scheduled bye week.

    Buena Vista is currently leading the District 4-1A with a 2-0 record after beating Grady and Rankin.

    The Bearkats are currently at the bottom of the standings after just one game which was a loss to Rankin.

    Grady and Rankin are currently tied for second with identical records of 1-1.
