Thomas (Tommy) Lynn Welch, 71 of Big Spring, passed away Nov. 13, 2024, surrounded by his family. Funeral services were Nov. 18, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with a graveside following at Trinity Memorial Park. He was born on July 23, 1953 in Seymour, to Ernest and Mary Lynn Welch.
