BIG SPRING - Tomas Gutierrez, 82, died April 8, 2022. Funeral service was ASpr. 12 at Myers & Smith Chapel. He was born on Feb. 24, 1940, in Colorado City, to Guadalupe and Agapito Gutierrez. He spent 37 years in Colorado City and 45 years in Big Spring. He loved to work and his cows.

Elva Lujan Salgado, 77, of Stanton, passed away on March 30, 2022. Elva was born on July 30, 1944 to Raymundo Lujan and Anastacia Aguirre in Marfa, Texas. Some of the things Elva enjoyed were traveling, gardening, baking cakes and she loved to spend time with her family.
