Junior High Kats shine at academic state meet

GARDEN CITY - Glasscock County ISD had a wonderful showing at the Junior High Texas Math and Science Coaches Association State Meet on Saturday. The Bearkats were third place sweepstakes with 2899 points, only 57 shy of first place 2A Olney and just 33 points behind second place 2A Lindasy.

Grady to send 17 to regional uil meet

GLASSCOCK COUNTY - On Saturday, several Grady Wildcat students spent the day in Garden City testing their mental capabilities at the District UIL meet. Grady ISD will be sending 17 students to Regionals on April 22 at South Plains College in Levelland.
