The Garden City Bearkats looked like they were fresh off a UFO with their out of this world performance in a district game against Blackwell on Tuesday. The Bearkats scored more points in the first eight minutes (35) than Blackwell managed the entire game (24).

Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest Held at Stanton Elementary

Last week Stanton Elementary started their annual pumpkin contest in the library with Pre-K - 2nd grade students participating for the first round. There were a total of 102 pumpkins entered this year. First round winners are pictured below.
