COLORADO CITY - Derek and Shelby Gainey of Colorado City are proud to announce the birth of their son, Hollis Case.
He was born May 5 at Hendrick Health System in Abilene. He weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long.
He was greeted at home by his big sister Evy, age 2.
Maternal grandparents are Doug and Melissa Gordon of Stanton. Paternal grandparents are Dan and Catherine Gainey of Colorado City.
Great grandparents are Ted and Margarett Hallford of Stanton, Rev. Gene and June Gordon of Carrolton, Nell and the late Hollis Gainey of Colorado City, and Bodie and Patsy Langford of Marion, Louisiana .
The mother is the former Shelby Gordon of Stanton.
