– The Garden City Lady Kats continue to sit alone at the top of the mountain and have solidified themselves as one of the greatest golf teams winning back-to-back titles after taking gold in the 2024 Class 1A State Golf Championship at Crystal Falls Golf Club in Leander on Monday and Tuesday.

- Stanton's historic softball season came to an end last week with a 2-1 series loss to Shallowater in the Area round of the Class 3A playoffs at Lamesa High School. While the season ended sooner than the Lady Buffs would have liked, this season goes down as the most successful winning the school's first Bi-District Championship and the winning the first Area playoff game.

– The Grady Lady Cats had a good couple days at the 2024 Class 1A State Golf Championship at Crystal Falls Golf Club in Leander on Monday and Tuesday. Grady finished fourth in the team standings shooting a 439 and 414 for a two-day total of 853.

- The Stanton High School Track and Field season came to and end this weekend with the conclusion of the UIL 3A Region I Track Meet at Elmer Gray Stadium on the campus of Abilene Christian University in Abilene.
