STANTON - Angelita Rodriguez Cantu was born to Manuel and Francisca Rodriguez on Apr. 16, 1943 in Ben Bolt. She died surrounded by her loving family on July 2, 2021. Visitation was July 6 and July 7 and a rosary was July 7 at Stanton Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., July 8, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
She is preceded in death by her son Enrique Cantu III; sister Rita Barrera; brothers Santos Rodriguez and Lupe Rodriguez.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband Enrique Cantu Jr.; daughters Elena Cantu, Gloria Cantu, and Linda Hill; sons Frank Cantu, Lino Cantu, and Jose Cantu; sisters Marianita Torres and Dominga Mares; brothers Manuel Rodriguez, and Johnny Rodriguez; 28 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
Servings as pallbearers will be Frankie Cantu, Adam Cantu, Andres Juarez, Javier Delgado, Amador Rios Jr. Ricaute Cantu Deleon, Justin Cantu, A.J. Hill.
