Elva Lujan Salgado, 77, of Stanton, passed away on March 30, 2022. Elva was born on July 30, 1944 to Raymundo Lujan and Anastacia Aguirre in Marfa, Texas. Some of the things Elva enjoyed were traveling, gardening, baking cakes and she loved to spend time with her family.
Elva leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughter; Lisa Salgado, son; Johnny Salgado, three grandchildren; Natasha Padron, Ethan Padron, Julian Salgado, three great grandchildren, sisters; Gloria Rios, Rita Cantu, Amparo Garza, and brother Joe Jimenez.
She is preceded in death by her husband Juan Salgado.
A viewing was held from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Stanton Memorial Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2022, at Stanton Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
