MIDLAND - Larry Don White, 73 of Midland, died June 2, 2022. Graveside Inurnment Service will be at 10:30 a.m. on June 9, at Evergreen Cemetery in Stanton.
He was born on Sept. 24, 1948, to Faye and Stanton White in Stanton. He graduated from Stanton High School in 1967. He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1970. He spent the majority of his life living and working in the Permian Basin oil industry. He loved all sports, especially football and horse racing.
He is survived by his mother Faye White of Stanton; two sisters, Doris Holland, Debbie Brown both of Stanton; spouse of 28 years Karen White of Midland; three children Russell White of Midland, daughter Stacey Haverstock of Midland, and son Bobby Hendricks of Austin; and nine grandchildren, Nicholas White, Dylan White, Blake Osborn, Callen Blythe, Eric Haverstock, Reagan Haverstock, Campbell Hendricks, Grace Hendricks, and Evelyn Hendricks.
He is preceded in death by his father Stanton A. White of Stanton.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Tucker, Roger Bachelor, Mickey Sorrel, Raul Banuelos, Steve Serna, and Charles Lewis.
Arrangements were under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
