- Shelby and Amy Barley of Celina, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Kallie Kate Barley, of Lubbock, to Mr. Colton Lake Covington of Floydada.
The couple plans to wed March 18, 2023, in Lubbock.
