    - The Lady Cats junior high basketball team wrapped up its district season with a win over Wellman-Union last week.

    The junior high Lady Cats had a highly contested game. Grady dominated the first quarter for a 12-6 lead but Wellman chipped away at that advantage over the next two quarters to trail by one point going into the final frame.
