MIDLAND - Frances Eugenia Tate (Carr) 95 of Midland, passed peacefully on Dec. 18, 2024. Frances was born Aug. 17, 1929 in Desdemona, to Marvin and Alta Carr. The Carr family moved to Sherwood, where Marvin was born, in 1933.

BIG SPRING - Sandra L. Rios, age 58 of Big Spring, went to be with the Lord, Nov. 21, 2024.She was born Sept. 2, 1966, to Gloria Lujan Rios and Guadalupe Rios in Big Spring.Sandra was a graduate of Stanton High School. She was also a coin collector and worked as a sales associate at Wal-Mart.

Thomas (Tommy) Lynn Welch, 71 of Big Spring, passed away Nov. 13, 2024, surrounded by his family. Funeral services were Nov. 18, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with a graveside following at Trinity Memorial Park. He was born on July 23, 1953 in Seymour, to Ernest and Mary Lynn Welch.
