BIG SPRING - Julian Gonzales Valle, 75 of Big Spring, died Sept. 13, 2024. Visitation and Vigil Service were Sept.16, 2024, at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral Mass was Sept. 17, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial followed at Mount Olive Memorial Park.He was born Feb. 12, 1949, in Pearsall.

Willo Dean Craft

GARDEN CITY - Willo Dean Craft, 81 of Garden City, passed away on Aug. 31, 2024, after her battle with cancer. She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Jolene Messer of Corbin, Ky; two grandsons James and Levi McQueen both of Garden City.

Lloyd Wayne Mitchell

BIG SPRING - Lloyd Wayne Mitchell, Jr., 89, passed away surrounded by his family Aug. 30, 2024, in Big Spring. He was born on Dec. 3, 1934, to Lloyd Wayne and Madge (McBrayer) Mitchell in Lorena. He was a proud member and served as a Deacon at the First Baptist Church of Stanton.

Dudley Ray Coleman

ACKERLY - Dudley Ray Coleman, 96, passed away surrounded by his family Aug. 30, 2024, in Ackerly. He was born on Dece. 28, 1927, to VJ and Mary Louise Coleman in Ackerly, .Dudley was a Life Member of Safari Club International, as well as the National Rifle Association.

MIDLAND - With heavy hearts the family of Johnny Montez III, 61 of Midland, announces he died on Aug. 24, 2024. He was born in Big Spring and raised in Stanton. He was a member of Stanton High Schools Graduating Class of 1981.

Kyle Lendon Cook

STANTON - Kyle Lendon Cook, 64, died Aug. 24, 2024 in Stanton. He was born on Oct. 27, 1959 to Eddie and Nelwayne Cook. He was raised in Stanton and graduated from Stanton High School in 1978. He farmed most of his life and was successful in several other business ventures in the area.

MIDLAND - Patrick Ray Kirk, 80, died on Aug. 10, 2024. He was born in San Diego CA, Apr. 22, 1944 to Issac Head and Quata Kirk.He served his country in the Navy and later owned and operated the Permian Basin Taxi Company here in West Texas.
