- The Grady Varsity Girls and Boys gold teams competed at the Regional Golf Tournament that was held on Apr. 14 and 15 in Lubbock.The Lady Wildcats won the Regional Golf Tournament with a two day total of (380, 365) 745.“I was very proud of these young ladies.

– The Lady Buffs softball team is on a roll picking up massive backto- back wins over Compass Academy and Crane.Stanton was in action against Compass Academy on Saturday and ended the day with a 29-6 victory.

– Track and Field athletes from District11 and District 12 were at Veribest High School on Apr.9 to compete in the Class A Area Track Meet. Garden City had a wonderful day with both the girl’s and boy’s teams placing second overall and qualifying 23 athletes for regionals.

– Track and Field athletes from District 5 and District 6 were at Dawson High School on Apr. 11 to compete in the Class A Area Track Meet. Grady athletes put up some good times and the Lady Cats finished Runner-Up in the team standings and Grady qualified several athletes for regionals.

– Track teams from District11 converged on Robert Lee High School last week for the district track meet. Both Garden City teams finished second in the overall standings.Gold medal winners were Ella Braden, Miles Colunga, Levi Easterling, and Texas Brinkley.
