MARTIN COUNTY A 44-year-old Odessa man was killed late Saturday night in a head-on crash in Martin County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.The crash happened around 11:15 p.m. May 16 on State Highway 176 near mile marker 277.DPS identified the man who died as Tomas Ruiz Jr..
