Joe Ortiz of Pecos is an artist whose work is known around the world. “I’ve been drawing since I was a child,” says Joe. “I was actually tutored by a Disney artist while I was in high school. My uncle worked at Disneyworld and he put me in touch with an artist and tutored me in portraiture. I learned a lot.”
