LEANDER– The Grady Lady Cats had a good couple days at the 2024 Class 1A State Golf Championship at Crystal Falls Golf Club in Leander on Monday and Tuesday.Grady finished fourth in the team standings shooting a 439 and 414 for a two-day total of 853.

LAMESA - It was another great day for Grady Tennis as both of the Grady Junior High girls and boys teams won the District 8-A Junior High Tennis Meet on Apr. 27 Lamesa High School. “All of the kids that participated did an amazing job. I was very proud of every kid.,” said Grady coach Chris Short.

After many hours of practice and competitive shooting, Brody Hoelscher, a Senior at Glasscock County ISD, has shown great success. As a result, he gets to continue his passion for shooting sports at the collegiate level. Brody signed with ASU Rams Clay Target Shooting Team on Monday, April 22. Fred Chaney was instrumental in Brody’s success and helping him achieve his dream.
